
ORIGIN
In the year 2019 after a long trip to the tea plantation in Sri Lanka we finally arrived in our bungalow. There they presented a local Ginger beer with the best crunchy warm cashew nuts with fresh green curry leaves. An experience we would never forget and a discovery that was the impetus for our new Yumami adventure.
We like to surprise the snack market with responsible and original bites. Everything has to be super tasteful. Tasty adventurous snacking is our motto and let yourself be surprised with new generation bites. We are focussed to make our products nutritious and to avoid energy dips.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
We are on our way to becoming a Social Enterprise, making a profit is not our goal, but a means to do beautiful things. Making healthy eating easy is important and getting people moving for an active society.
We want to be a Social Food brand that supports multiple social causes. Specifically, in 2023 we will declare 3% of our turnover to (1) Food projects of the Food Bank & the No waste Army, (2) the Heart Foundation. In addition, we support (3) the Plastic Soup Foundation with environmental positive actions. This way we make maximum impact for multiple charities.
